Eric Thomas, Founder and CEO

FreedomVOICE Systems Founder and CEO Eric Thomas brings
more than 15 years of progressive experience running businesses.
Seeing the need for affordable, flexible virtual office tools, he started
FreedomVOICE in 1996 to create a cutting-edge communications
platform. Development of in-house software applications and new
channels of sales opportunity soon led to dynamic growth for the
startup company. That growth continues unabated to this day.

Previously, Thomas started B/T Scientific Technologies, a
specialized sales and marketing company focusing on the distribution
of equipment and supplies for molecular biology applications in
universities, medical facilities and biotech companies. He has
extensively developed markets throughout Europe and Asia.

Thomas holds a M.A. degree in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry
from The University of California, Santa Barbara and graduated
magna cum laude with a B.S. degree from State University of New
York, College of Environmental Science and Forestry.

 

Research and Development

Bringing over 90 years of combined experience, the members of
the FreedomVOICE Systems Research and Development
department have significant computer hardware, software, Web,
telephony and business automation expertise. Their strength lies
in their ability to focus vast technological knowledge and
programming skills on customer configuration and customization
requirements. Their collegiate studies in applied mathematics,
computer engineering, programming and Web site development
plus their practical skills in solving technical business
communications challenges keep FreedomVOICE Systems on the
cutting-edge of technology.

 

Marketing

The marketing staff at FreedomVOICE Systems have professional
experience in every facet of communications, graphic design,
advertising and public relations. With nearly 60 years of combined
experience, these professionals have helped companies of every
sort achieve success, from Fortune 100 multinational corporations
to technology startups. They are driven by the desire to create
impactful, effective and informative marketing materials, from simple
direct mail programs to dramatic brochures, dynamic audio-visual
presentations to interactive web sites.

 

Client Services

A staff of 13 customer-focused professionals with more than 95
years of combined support experience, Client Services is responsible
for helping FreedomVOICE Systems customers setup, understand
and configure their virtual office systems. Additionally, they use a
combined 88 years of technical expertise to troubleshoot real-time
issues for clients, make important changes to product application
codes, customize systems for unique requirements, create websites
and other training materials and perform a wide variety of other
critical technical activities.

 

Sales

The Sales professionals at FreedomVOICE Systems bring over
18 years of inside and outside technical product sales skills. With
an additional 44 years of Client Services background, computer
systems integration, network architecture and engineering
experience, they have the in-depth knowledge to help customers
select and fully benefit from our product offerings. The sales staff's
combined histories include Dale Carnegie graduate classes as
well as senior positions with leading media, engineering and
telecommunications organizations.
